… After 9 years of research, we have developed and patented a food production process from our natural tomato thanks to an innovative and artisan technique carried out in quite unique ovens.* The tomato is subjected to a controlled dehydrating intervals, which has been named "atmosphere EN ORT"®.

The 'atmosphere EN ORT' has allowed us to create the first tomato gourmet aperitif in the marketplace. This new dining and gastronomic concept will contribute to the hospitality and food industry with a versatile delicatessen raw material, also known as the 'vegetal Iberian ham 'or 'Iberian tomato' after achieving an intense flavor with thick carpaccio texture, which evokes, in a way, the experience of tasting fine Iberian ham, but with a total different array of tastes and culinary possibilities.
