Iberian Tomato "En Ort" Crispy Ciabatta Bread

Ingredients

  • Ciabatta Bread
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Herb Salt
  • Gin tonic sweet tears
  • Iberian Tomato En Ort
  • Spices: oregano, rosemary, garlic and parsley
  • Idiazabal Cheese Cloud
  • Iberian Ham

Preparation

Bake the Ciabatta bread at 180 ° for 10 min. Once baked, place all the ingredients mentioned above one by one: tears of tonic salt, spices, Iberian ham, Iberian Tomato En Ort, spices, extra virgin olive oil and finished with Idiazabal cheese cloud.
